Payment is due immediately following the auction. Mastercard, Visa, Bank wire, cashiers check, money order and personal / business check when accompanied with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. FFL background Checks are not included in prices. All FFL Firearms will be subject to Firearms Check by Gunny's at $10.00 er person requiring a valid TN ED for in state buyers. Out of State and Internet bidders transfer and shipping will be made to FFL to FFL Dealer. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and any additional cost of FFL transfer. This will apply to Lots 53 - 77, and Lots 79 - 101. All other firearms will require a valid ID to purchase.
Applicable Sales Tax will be collected on all items. Dealers may present resale certificates.
