Item Details
This is an Online Only Time Auction with a "soft closing" and the only way to bid is through ProxiBid. When a lot goes "Live" there will be a 60 second time clock that will reset every time a new bid is placed, once there has been no bidding activity for a full 60 seconds that lot will close. A new lot will go "Live" every 60 seconds, the software will not wait until one lot has closed before starting the 60 second time clock on the next lot, so there will be multiple lots selling at the same time throughout the day. The best way to participate is to leave "Max Bids" on the items that you are interested in to insure that you do not miss out. ProxiBid software executes the max bids, not the auction company, and will only bid for you up to your Max Bid price, if needed. For Example, if you leave a Max Bid on an item for $800 and that item only gets bid up to $400, you only pay $400. The software simply executes your bid competitively, just as if you were bidding on it yourself. Also note that a slow internet connection or multiple people trying to bid at once could effect the speed at which you are viewing the auction and, once again, you could miss out if you have not left a Max Bid as a backup.
Payment
Our Terms are very simple and easy to understand, so please read them fully before bidding.
1- There is a 15% Buyers Premium - If paying by credit or debit card
2- There is a 10% Buyers Premium - If paying by cash, check or money order
3- There is NO SALES TAX
4- There is a $15 per gun paperwork fee
5- There is a shipping fee (Items can also be picked up)
6- NO RETURNS - Be Your Own Judge Of Description & Condition (Take Advantage Of All Of The Photos)
Each successful buyer will be emailed a final invoice on Monday, September 14th. This invoice will include the Buyers Premium, a $15 per gun paperwork fee and shipping & handling charges. If you do not see this invoice in your "Inbox" please check your "Spam", it does go there on some email platforms.
The credit card used to register with ProxiBid will be charged the invoice amount on Tuesday, September 15th, (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED). This should give each successful buyer plenty of time to let us know if they would like to use another form of payment. Please Email us at auction@willsullivanauction.com
Items can be picked up to avoid shipping costs. If you plan to pick up your items, you are welcome to pay at that time. Please note that the proper paperwork must be filled out and holding periods observed before items can be picked up. Contact auction company for details.
