Our Auction Terms are simple. Please read them before bidding: - All items are sold "AS IS" with no guarantees or warranties. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason, so please ask questions before bidding. - Payment terms are cash, GOOD check (with ID), or credit card. 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales. Payment in full is expected during our scheduled pickup time. We do NOT charge your credit card on file with proxibid after the auction, so please be ready to pay us on pick-up day. Call (330) 334-3731 to pay with credit card by phone if you are having items shipped. We will email you an invoice after the auction with more information. - Any items left at the auction site after the scheduled pickup time will become property of the seller. - Read each item description before bidding for shipping option(s) that pertain to that lot. Local Pickup is Preferred. Pickup Time will be Wednesday, July 1 from 9 AM until 2 PM. Additional pickup times may be available by appointment, if absolutely necessary. Item descriptions in our auction catalog will show shipping options for each lot. - "NO SHIPPING, local pickup only" means exactly that. Come pick up your items during our scheduled pickup times. No Exceptions. - "3rd Party Shipping available" means that we will drop your item(s) off at our preferred shipper within 2 business days after your auction invoice is paid. The shipper will contact you directly for shipping arrangements. Our preferred shipper is The UPS Store - 3593 Medina Rd. Medina, OH 44256. 3rd Party shipping is expensive, so keep that in mind when bidding on those lots. - "In-House Shipping" means that we will package the item(s) ourselves, and ship via USPS. Only available when specified in the item description. We will combine shipping, when possible. The listed rates for In-House shipping apply to the contiguous 48 United States only. AK and HI will be higher. All international purchases will be handled by our 3rd party shipper.
