Payment

The High Bidder must put down a non-refundable ten percent (10%) deposit of the contract price on the day of sale by wire transfer, cashier's check, certified check or cash. $20 must be added to any bank wire that is sent to cover bank fees. This deposit is to be received by Sencore Properties within 24 hours of the close of bidding. The deposit funds will become part of the down payment and will be credited to the buyer at the closing to be held within thirty (30) days with the balance due at closing. The high bid for Real Estate will be accepted on Auction Day “Subject to Owner Confirmation.” Auction SUBJECT TO LEGAL DESCRIPTION of record. Buyer has ten (10) days before the auction to conduct termite, lead based paint & any other tests required by buyer/lender, at buyer expense. The High Bidder will be expected to put down a non-refundable ten percent (10%) deposit of the contract price on the day of sale by wire transfer, cashier's check, certified check or cash. $20 must be added to any bank wire that is sent to cover bank fees.
