Buyers who are unable to do local pickup will have their items automatically shipped on the day following the close of the auction. Shipping charges will show up as a secondary charge to the credit card on file. The 3% cash discount applies only to bidders who pick up locally and pay by cash or check. Any special requests must be made prior to 5:30am CST on the day following the close of the auction.

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders who wish to pick up their items locally should notify All American Sales & Auctions, LLC, by email or phone, PRIOR to the close of the timed-online auction.
Currency Type: USDShipping Instructions: Shipping costs will be charged separately the day following the close of the auction. In addition to the ACTUAL cost of shipping, winning bidders who take advantage of our shipping option will pay a handling fee of $3 per lot with a maximum of $30. All shipping will take place in-house through USPS, and All American Sales & Auctions, LLC will make every attempt to combine shipping. Winning bidders, who are having their items shipped, Insurance is added to every order over $100. Lost items or damage during shipping is not the responsibility of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC, and returns/refunds will not be issued for any reason. For shipping purposes, please check that the address on file is the correct shipping address.
Preview Date & Times: Preview for our auction will take place during pickup hours for the previous auction. Contact the auction company to schedule a preview time outside of pick up hours. Checkout Date & Times: Shipping will occur within 2-3 days of the close of the auction. Unclaimed items will be stored by the auction company at a rate of $1 per day per lot for no longer than 30 days following the close of the auction. After 30 days, these items will become the property of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC. No refunds, credits or charge back’s will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times.
