All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctions by Wallace may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auctions by Wallace be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Each lot will be called in a live format. Bid at your convince online or at our auction house. Live bidding will NOT be held at the house. All items must be removed from the house by Monday afternoon. We will honor any special requests for pick-up as long as it is reasonable and feasible. SPECIAL REQUESTS- We will work with you to honor special requests if they are reasonable and feasible. Additionally, requests must be made in a timely fashion - either prior to bidding or PRIOR to Pick-up. If you live within a 50 mile radius of the auction location we will NOT ship your items to you unless we agree to do so PRIOR to Pick-up. You MUST pick up your items or make alternate arrangements PRIOR to day of Pick-UP. We can not guarantee that we will be available day of Pick-Up to make Alternate Arrangements. You must provide all labor and any boxes and packing material needed to remove items from the property. We will not have any tools, boxes, Packing Material, or 'Extra pair of hands' to load your vehicle. Items that are not picked up from the location during the designated Pick-Up times will be deemed abandoned and subject to disposal fees. Fees are based upon the extra trips and labor required to remove your items. Auctions by Wallace is providing Internet pre-auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auctions by Wallace or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctions by Wallace will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auctions by Wallace reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction. VA sales tax will be applied to all purchases. VA state sales tax at our business location is 5.3%. If you are tax exempt we must be notified and receive your tax exempt paperwork either prior to or immediately after the close of the auction. This can either be delivered to us by hand or sent via email. We do not accept faxes. Once received and reviewed you will receive confirmation that we have your information. If you do not receive confirmation from us it is because we do not have your information. If we have processed your payment with taxes it is because we did not receive your documentation in a timely fashion. We WILL NOT refund sales tax for any reason. Items shipped out of VA are not subject to VA sales tax.
