By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them. PAYMENT: Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Invoices are generally sent within 2 business days of sale date. Payment can be made by cash, check, wire transfer, and all forms of credit cards via paypal. Please note that first time and out-of-state checks require clearance prior to the release of merchandise. Additionally, high value and restricted items may require additional clearance time regardless of payment method. Some transactions may be subject to mandatory wire transfer payment. BUYER PREMIUM: 20% Buyer Premium applies to any purchases made via the online bidding platform. The 20% Buyer’s Premium (paid by Buyer) will be added to the hammer price (bid price). The hammer price (bid price), plus the 20% Buyer’s Premium will be the Purchase Price payment. AS-IS, WHERE IS: All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. PAYMENT: Successful bidder shall be required to pay for all items prior to pick up. Full Purchase Price payment is to be made within 48 hours of invoice. Partial payments will not be accepted. All sales are final. No items can be removed until entire Purchase Price payment is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer's lots if full payment is not made within specified timeframes. REMOVAL, LOADING AND SHIPPING: No items may be removed until complete payment has been received. Buyers are required to make their own shipping arrangements. If items are not picked up during removal period, buyer will forfeit the item(s) with no refunds. The winning bidder is responsible for their own shipping and loading. SHIPPING: ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. FIREARMS: It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to determine eligibility within your state of residence. If you are unsure of legality in your state, please contact your local FFL Dealer prior to making a bid. There will be no refunds or returns if you are not eligible to receive a firearm. All items sold as-is, where is, with no warranty. All condition statements given as a courtesy only and returns are not accepted on basis of condition, originality, or authenticity. It is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide the auction company with a valid FFL for weapon transfer sent via email to mcarey@tranzon.com within 24hrs after the auction concludes. The email should include the paddle number, lots won, & full name of buyer. Tranzon WILL NOT CONTACT BUYER'S FFL, BUYER MUST INITIATE CONTACT WITH PREFERRED FFL. DAMAGES: Buyer does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages and claims of any type whatsoever, caused during the auction or arising out of the auction, or by the removal of the merchandise purchased. Buyer will be held responsible for any damage Buyer may create to the real property, other merchandise at the sale, or parties during the removal process. The Buyer, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company Buyer represents, both jointly and severally agrees to indemnify and save harmless Auctioneer and Seller and their employees, agents, and attorneys, and real property owner from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, costs, and losses of any nature, including injury and death, arising from the purchase or use of any merchandise, or the attendance or participation of Bidder, his/her agents or employees, at the auction and/or on the auction site whether before, during, or after the auction. DEFAULT, RESALE and RISK OF LOSS: In the event the Buyer fails to pay the full Purchase Price payment within the time set forth by the Seller, and/or fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Seller may resell the item at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be paid to the Seller by such resale and enforcement of the obligation there under. Buyer agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by reason of any breach of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees. All risk of loss, damage and theft to said items passes to BUYER at the time of announcement of the successful bidder. Auctioneer and Seller are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. GENERAL: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES. All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Tranzon Auction Properties attempts to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot.
