All items must be paid in full within 48 hours of close of auction. Buyer is responsible for all inspections of items as this is a Sold As Is Where Is auction. NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS. Payment, item pick up and load out for this auction will be at 1448 Red Fox Circle, Severance, Colorado on Sunday April 3rd from 12 noon till 5:00 pm and Monday April 4th 10 am till 2:00 pm. Items cannot be removed until paid for. Please do your best to remove your items at the scheduled times. By registering to bid or placing a bid, buyer agrees to be bound by all of these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions or rules of the sale. All internet bidders agree that bids placed on the internet shall have the same legal effect as if they were in attendance at the auction in person. ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFOREYOU BID. Bidder agrees that all property is sold “AS-IS-WHERE IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If any new items sold have manufactures warranties, those warranties are between the buyer and the manufacturer. Auction property is always open for PUBLIC INSPECTION. It is the bidders responsibility to determine age, genuineness, physical condition, value, suitability for use, make, model, serial number and all other factors of determination. American Auctions & Bob Johnson may take the knowledge available to us at the time of advertising an item and attempt to describe that item to the best of his present knowledge.
