All items are sold AS-IS. Card sets and/or games are not guaranteed to be complete or in any condition. Internet Premium: 18% Sales Tax: No PA Sales tax. Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on Proxibid for approval. Payment: Credit Card payment only, all major credit cards accepted. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following closing of auction. Shipping and packing fees will be a separate charge. Currency Type: USD Ending Date & Time: Tuesday, Sept 24, 2019 at 6:00pm Eastern Shipping Instructions: Shipping will be available, please notify auction company immediately if you plan to pick up your items, otherwise it will be assumed that you need items shipped. A $4 handling and packing fee will be applied to each package. Shipping charges are additional. Pick-Up Date & Time: All items will be shipped unless the auction company is otherwise notified. Location for pick up will be on the grounds of Jake’s Flea Market 1380 Rte 100, Barto PA. Special Terms: All items will be shipped unless Auction Company is otherwise notified. If picking up, you MUST make an appointment. You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Buyers should contact Auction Company immediately if you wish to pick up your items; otherwise it is assumed that the items need to be shipped. If picking up they must be picked up at the scheduled removal time and location -NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. In addition, payment must be made to third party shipper within one week of shipper contact, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds. The auction is being conducted online based in Berks County Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in Berks County PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in Berks County PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of Berks County PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Berks County Pennsylvania. Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
