McGinnis Auction & Appraisal Service or the seller do not warranty any item and it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to determine suitability, form and function on all items purchased. All items are available for a public inspection during the established preview periods. Announcements made on auction day by the presiding auctioneer will take precedence over all previous announcements, No item shall be removed until paid for, and all items will be removed as arranged with the principal auctioneer.
