the 7. 5", 36 caliber octagonal barrel marked 'metropolitan arms co. New-york'. Metropolitan began producing these colt copies after the colt factory in new york burned in 1864. This pistol does have wear throughout but has matching numbers, including on the wedge, and is quite tight. no ffl required.
Payment
We will bill all buyer cards following the auction. Card denial will result in won items being placed in an upcoming auction, and a ban for the bidder with denied card. We rely on quick payment to get sold items out quickly so new items can be brought in. We can not store items while we await payment. Cards will first be billed for your order, and then billed a second time later for your shipping total. A 6.5 percent sales tax will be charged to Ohio bidders unless Tax exempt form provided.

Pickup for this auction will be by appointment at our auction house at 1302 Collins Rd. NW, Lancaster, OH 43130. Buyers must hold an FFL, have us ship to an FFL, or (for Ohio resident buyers only) fill out required paperwork and undergo a background check for applicable firearms (see item description) before we will release the purchased firearm (s). Ohio buyers who pick up firearms requiring paperwork and background check must present a government photo ID with an address that matches their current residential address, or present a second government document that shows a home address matching the buyer's current home address.
