Everything must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. Payment shall be made by CREDIT CARD or WIRE TRANSFER. Contact auctioneer for wiring instructions.
Your Credit card will be charged immediately following the auction through APN and Proxibid. A bill will be generated and sent to you via Proxibid with the buyers premium added to the total. Removal information will also be included at top of final invoice from proxibid.

All FFL'S should be emailed to dedonn@hotmail.com with FFL'S phone number, provided at the time of pickup of guns, or mailed to Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service 514 13th Ave NE, Independence, Iowa 50644 as all faxes are not legible and could delay shipment of guns. Due to the gun control laws, we cannot at this time sell to or ship to international bidders, including Canada.
Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay any and all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify Donnelly Auctioneer and Appraisal Service against any claim if sales tax is not collected on bidder's purchases. Simple Terms.
1. Everything sells where is as is without an written or assumed warranty or guarantee.
2. All sales are final.
3. Bid accordingly as there are no returns.
4. Removal is buyers responsibility. Removal: the day following the auction, Sunday, May 31 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CST or by appointment, Contact Emmett 319-404-5005
5. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON ITEMS OTHER THAN GUNS- local pickup only.
6. Call for details on any specific items before placing bids.
7. It is in your best interest to view these assets or at least make a call to auction company to verify condition of the assets. No refunds to be given due to condition. Buyers responsibility to find out prior to placing bids.
8. If you have to place a charge back on your card - You MUST contact auction company first to explain your reasoning - we do realize there may be some circumstances that arise and Buyer may have the right to a refund BUT any charge backs without prior knowledge to auction company will be taken serious with swift and aggressive action taken by auction company.
9. Any Buyers causing unnecessary damage will have to make full restitution with the Seller. It is in the best interest of the Buyer to have a discussion with the Seller prior to removing any asset that may cause damage to the premises.
10. Buyer NEEDS to bring manpower and the proper tools for removal. Donnelly Auctioneering and/or the Seller are there to have the facility open and might be able to assist in the removal. Again, call the numbers provided to see what you will need to bring to help expedite your assets from the property.
All persons attending the auction sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Donnelly Auction and Appraisal Service from any liability. All property is sold 'AS IS', with no guarantees or warranties and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examine it in person. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service, any of its employees, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. The auctioneer shall advance the bidding at his own discretion. Should a tie or a dispute arise between two bidders, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, reopen the bidding until the property is sold. The record of the auction made by Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service shall be conclusive and final. When the auctioneer says 'SOLD' bidder assumes full responsibility for the merchandise.
