All items will be charged a 13% buyer's premium for internet bidding. Buyers paying with cash or check in person will receive a 3% discount. Please read all descriptions closely. Items requiring shipping will be handled by a shipping company. Silver Lace Auction Company has no control over shipping charges nor is responsible for items broken or damaged during shipping. Out of State buyers are responsible for completing payment either through paypal, by credit or debit card. Auction company sends invoices through the square to be paid - DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS or charge credit cards on file. Items will be carried to shipping company the following week, two or up to four weeks after auction closes depending on the items and quantity as this is a large auction. They will contact buyers directly for payment. Bidders who bid from off site and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction closes. Silver Lace Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers are responsible for moving lots picked up in person. Non paying bidders will be reported to proxibid & prevented from registering and bidding in other estate auctions.
