FEES- - Credit card processing fee will be applied (4%) - 10% Buyer's premium will be added to the winning bids on all items. 7.25% Weber County, Utah State Sales Tax rate will also be applied to all items unless we are provided with a TC-721 Utah Tax Exempt Form. ****Registration**** IF YOU NEED HELP GETTING REGISTERED, RESETTING A PASSWORD OR GETTING LOGGED IN please call client services at 877-505-7770 and choose option 1 for proxibid. All buyers will register to bid through the Proxibid website. Bidders will establish a Proxibid account that includes a user name and password, in addition we ask you fill out all your other info in your account including the name that will be on your invoice if you are the winning bidder along with any tax exempt info to make the checkout process an easy transaction. A credit card authorization will be required at time of registration. Please be sure that you have SUCCESSFULLY completed the credit card authorization prior to bidding. If you do not provide a credit card you may be declined to bid at this auction. Note- Northrop Auction does not have access to your credit card information. ****Shipping and Load out Info**** NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION LOAD OUT / TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE BY BUYER WITHIN THE LOAD OUT DATES DESIGNATED BY THE AUCTION COMPANY. If you need to make different arrangements for pick-up you will need to contact us PRIOR TO BIDDING ON THE ITEM. Please keep in mind the Load out days and times, extended load out days and times may differ from previous auctions. LOAD OUT SERVICE & APPROVAL: Northrop Auction Service provides a staff member and a forklift to load your auction items. If this is an offsite auction we will not have access to a loading dock to load your item safely. Northrop Auction Service L.L.C has the right to refuse to load an item if the staff member feels it is unsafe or is deemed too heavy for our equipment to lift. Note: By accepting the terms and conditions of this auction you are entering into a binding contract and if you are the highest bidder on any item you will be required to pay for the items in accordance to the terms set forth in the terms and conditions of sale. 1) INTERNET ONLY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All items sold "as is where is" with any faults. ALL DESCRIPTIONS ARE BELIEVED TO BE CORRECT, THE AUCTIONEERS OR THE OWNER MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, as to the authenticity of or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for any advertising errors, discrepancies or inaccuracies. All Buyers are to be responsible for any and all inspections of items at preview times or inspection by appointment. 2) Northrop Auction Service shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delay beyond control. Internet bidders are aware that due to the nature of the internet, delay transmission could result in failure of the system to recognize your bid. 3) ALL SALES ARE FINAL SO PLEASE INVESTIGATE PRIOR TO BIDDING. 4) PAYMENT: COMPLETE PAYMENT FOR ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ARE DUE AS POSTED BY THE AUCTION COMPANY. Time frames will be strictly adhered to; if you are unable to pick up your purchased items or make arrangements for your purchase to be picked up in the time frame set forth please do not bid on the items. 8) By registering as a buyer and being able to place bids on lots in this auction you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set for this auction.
