For individual invoices under $2500, we accept major credit cards, wire transfer, cashiers checks and cash. A 15% buyer’s premium will be charged to all invoices. Due to an increase in fraudulent activity and non-paying bidders, any NEW CUSTOMER TO BID Y’ALL AUCTION SERVICES with an invoice over $2500 payment must pay with cash, wire transfer or certified cashiers check unless approved before close of auction. For any 1st time buyer invoices over $2500, items will not ship until funds clear our financial institution. This can take up to 14 business days or more. ALL INVOICES LESS THAN $2500 WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE AT END OF AUCTION, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE W/ BID Y’ALL. Bid Y’all Auction Service has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition and/or authenticity of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion and/or seller provided information. On occasion, certain auction circumstances will result in NO SHIPPING being allowed for a particular auction or item. 5. Our online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction your credit card on file will be charged immediately at the end of the auction unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to online auction start time as listed on Proxibid with the auction company beforehand. 6. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Bid Y’All Auction Services and the bidder throughout any transactions. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month is added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. 8. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. 9. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. Bid Retractions ARE NOT ALLOWED! Bid ONLY on items you wish to purchase! 10. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 11. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. 12. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements. 13. All items must be picked up at the designated place and time listed in the auction details. 14. “Local Pickup” items WILL NOT BE SHIPPED! Many of these items are large or heavy. You MUST bring help to load. Bid Y’all Auction Services will not be responsible for any item after the sale ends. No charge back or refund will be allowed! Items not removed by the time listed for pick up MAY be charged a fee ($25 per 'Local Pickup' item / $5 per Small Items) to be moved to Boiling Springs, SC & placed in storage. 15. Bid Y’all Auction Services will make an attempt to contact buyers to arrange shipping or pick up of items. If no response is received from successful bidders indicating shipping or pick up, Bid Y’all will store the item(s) at a cost of $5 per day for each small item and $10 per day for larger items and all furniture. Items will be stored for no more than 30 days. Any item not picked up or shipping arrangements made by the buyer within 30 days of auction will be forfeited and sold or donated with NO REFUND. 16. We really want to work with you to get you your item(s) won at auction. Please let us know if there are any issues we can assist with prior to the 30 day forfeiture. 17. Shipping will be coordinated through USPS, FedEx or UPS whichever is least expensive or most convenient. If you have a preference for shipping, you must contact Bid Y’all Auction Services at 864-497-0330 or Sold@BidYall.com within 72 hours of auction close to request a particular service. 18. Auction items will normally be taken to shipper within 10 business days of auction end. In some circumstances including auctions that have over 300 items, time to shipper may be to 14 days. 19. On occasion, shipping costs may exceed the actual cost of the items won. In these cases, please understand that Bid Y’all does not control shipping costs. Often, we can find another option to get you your item. If you would like to forfeit your items rather than pay shipping costs, please have the courtesy to contact us by email at Sold@BidYall.com to let us know you do not want your item shipped. 20. Pick up of items must be scheduled through SignUpGenious.com. A link to each auction’s particular sign up will be posted at the beginning of the auction and included in the invoice.
