TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE: The following terms and conditions of sale make up the entire terms and conditions on which items listed in Golden Eagle Auctions (known hereafter as “GEA” or “Auctioneer”) catalog. Any person who participates by bidding in this auction, accepts a bidder number (each a “Bidder”) agrees and accepts these terms and conditions of sale and agrees to be bound by the same. Additional terms may be posted or announced from the auction block, which shall also be binding on Bidder. All announcements made by Auctioneer shall supersede any printed material. In the event that a bid is executed by another person, on behalf of Bidder, whether in person by an agent, absentee bid, telephone bid, or via the internet, the Bidder agrees that Bidder is responsible, and guarantees payment, for any successful bid. All winning bids are final and constitute a binding contract. NONE OF Golden Eagle Auctions, ITS AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OF A BIDDER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BIDDER BIDDING ON THE WRONG LOT. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. GEA does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Descriptions in the catalog are opinion. They are written as an aid to prospective Bidders and/or buyers. GEA acknowledges that there may be errors in what is written. Auctioneer recommends that each bidder personally view and inspect any item they intend to bid on or contact Auctioneer prior to bidding with questions. Statements referencing an item’s condition are opinions, not statements of fact or guarantees. Items offered for sale as described in the catalog, on our website or any advertisement, or elsewhere as to authorship, period, culture, source, origin, measurement, quality, rarity, provenance, importance, exhibition, or physical condition are qualified statements of opinion and not representations or warranties. All federal, state, and local regulations apply to firearms sales and transfers.
Buyer’s Premium: Every lot sold regardless of the final price, is subject to a 15% buyer's premium, which must be paid by the Bidder.
Sales Tax: A 7% sales tax will be collected for all in-person pickups and shipping of items to a Florida address. Buyers residing outside of the state of Florida are responsible for remitting the sales tax to your appropriate local agency. Dealers purchasing must register their State of Florida tax exemption form along with FFL prior to the sale. If you provide a valid copy of your State of Florida tax exemption certificate within 5 business days after the auction, the sales tax will be refunded to you.
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.
Payment Options: Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer($25 fee applies), Visa, MasterCard, Discover (Any buyers using wire transfer are recommended to contact Golden Eagle Auctions to confirm wire instructions prior to making any such transfer for payment.) Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted.
Payment Instructions: The winning bidder must pay for the purchase of all lots immediately following the conclusion of the auction. Winning bidders bidding via internet will receive an email from info@goldeneagleauctions.com to the email given upon registration within 72 hours after the auction closes. This email will contain an invoice and payment link for their winning bids. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice; unless other arrangements have been made by Bidder with Golden Eagle Auctions prior to the start of the auction. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. Checks: If you wish to pay for your order with a check you must email info@goldeneagleauctions.com immediately following the auction for further mailing instructions.

Shipping Instructions: All winning bidders requiring shipping are responsible for the cost of shipping at a rate of $30.00/handgun & $40.00/long-gun and added will be added to your invoice. Following the auction, you must email FFL@goldeneagleauctions.com to provide a copy of the FFL items to be shipped to.

Checkout Instructions: Winning bidders must pay for the purchase of all lots immediately following the conclusion of the auction. Items purchased will not be released until full payment is received, verified and approved. All federal, state and local regulations apply to firearms sales and transfers.
In person firearm transfers will take place at Golden Eagle Auctions in Sanford, FL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All firearms are subject to a $5.00 Background Check, excluding black powder firearms and pre-1898. A 3-Day waiting period applies to all handguns and long guns unless you provide a valid FL concealed carry permit.
Special Terms:
Auctioneer can, at his or her sole option, refuse any bid. The highest qualified Bidder recognized by the auctioneer shall be the Purchaser. In the event of any dispute between Bidders at auction, the auctioneer may, at its sole discretion, reopen the lot. The auctioneer’s decision and declaration of the winning Bidder shall be final and binding upon all Bidders. GEA’s records will be deemed conclusive in all respects in the event there is any dispute after the sale.
Unless otherwise indicated, all lots are subject to a reserve (the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold). If a lot is offered with a reserve, the auctioneer may implement that reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor. Once bidding is opened the Auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor to reach the reserve price. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own lots.
Removal: All personal property/merchandise must be paid for in full before removal. ALL PROPERTY must be removed within 7 days. If merchandise cannot be removed, arrangements with auction staff must be made for storage or shipping. The buyer is responsible for all storage and shipping costs.
Abandoned Items: Any items purchased and not removed within 60 days are considered abandoned by the current owner. All abandoned items will be sold at fair market value during a subsequent auction.
Default: Failure to make required payments or effect removal of property/merchandise within the time and manner specified shall be deemed forfeiture of any right, title, and interest bidder may have acquired, and the property/merchandise shall revert and repossess to Golden Eagle Auctions.
