Everything must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. Payment shall be made by CREDIT CARD or WIRE TRANSFER. Buyer must contact auction company within 24 hours of sale ending to complete all credit card transactions. Call for wiring instructions.

Please follow up with legible FFL sent to Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service 2196 Gentry Avenue, Independence, Iowa 50644 as all faxes are not legible and could delay shipment of guns. Due to the gun control laws, we cannot at this time sell to or ship to international bidders, including Canada.
Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay any and all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify Donnelly Auctioneer and Appraisal Service against any claim if sales tax is not collected on bidder's purchases. All persons attending the auction sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Donnelly Auction and Appraisal Service from any liability. All property is sold 'AS IS', with no guarantees or warranties and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet, and at the auction, but make no representations. In no event, shall Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value.
All internet bidders agree to pay an internet fee equal to 18% of the hammer price of each item they purchase. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examine it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
