Sears Craftsman riding lawn mower with 15 HP overhead valve Briggs & Stratton I/C Gold engine, 6 speed, and 42" cut. We tried to charge the battery, but it would not hold. Engine turns over and has good compression. Engine oil level is good, color is excellent. Overall appears in good shape with taped seat, broken grass shoot, and good tires. Budget for a battery and bid to buy this quality machine.
Payment
Buyers who choose to pick up their winnings may pay by cash or check on pick up day, or may call 715-657-0078 one day before pick up day to have their credit cards charged. Please also call ahead if you're sending someone else to pick up your items for you.
If your invoice's shipping address suggests that your winnings will be shipped, you only need to contact us if you are going to pick up instead. Otherwise we will charge your credit card on file the day after the auction closes for the items won. After packing and shipping costs are determined, your credit card will be charged a second time and your items will be sent out. When circumstances dictate, we may charge a deposit before packing, then charge or credit the difference after the shipment leaves.
Bad checks and bad credit/debit cards waste everyone's time. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account and that your credit card information is current. We may charge a fee of up to $50 for bad checks or credit/debit cards, with the fee being commensurate to the collection efforts. A Bidder who chooses not to cooperate in resolving a nonpayment issue will be turned over to Proxibid and may ultimately be banned from the entire Proxibid system.
Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card chargebacks and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any dispute or claim. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder for any claim that Bennett Auction Service deems legitimate. We value our Buyers and treat them fairly.

0) Because of circumstances specific to this particular auction, the firearms may be transferred from the estate directly to legally eligible buyers as a private transaction, per ATF. Alternately, we will ship from our FFL to yours for a reasonable fee, typically around $30.

It's ultimately the Bidder's responsibility to assess condition, age, authenticity, value and other determinative factors and to know what they are bidding on.
2) We primarily do estate work and also sell on consignment. Since we don't own the merchandise we sell, we cannot offer returns. All property is sold as is, and all sales are final.
3) Please understand that our Seller often times needs your purchases removed from the premises on schedule. If you cannot make pick up day and your items are not shippable, please call to see if we can accommodate another time or date BEFORE you bid. If we need to move your purchases off site to either ship them or hold them for a later pick up, we may charge a reasonable fee for those services.
