Special Note for Firearm Purchases on this Auction: ALL GUNS will be handled and transferred by Springvale Arms. Terms for this sale are as follows: FFL Transfers – All State & Federal Laws Must Be Observed! Transfers for this sale will be $25.00 per gun. Paper work can be filled out the day of sale but all transfers will take place at Springvale Arms place of business following the sale or any other arranged time. Announcement made day of sale will take precedents over any printed material; if you have objections to any of the above conditions, do not attempt to buy a gun here. Nebraska Transfers –A Valid Driver’s License or comparable photo ID is required and Firearm Purchase permit or Concealed Carry Permit are highly recommended, but if not available then a NICS background check must take place on either a long gun or pistol transfer. Out-of-State Transfers - A Valid Driver’s License or comparable photo ID is required and a NICS background must take place on a long gun and a pistol must be transferred to a FFL Dealer in your state plus shipping cost. NO shipping to states with firearm restrictions; CA, CO, NY, IL or others that may apply. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their local laws and regulations.
