All items are sold in as is conditions on the day of the auction with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all items, no exclusions. It is the buyers responsibility to determine the condition of the items to be purchased at the auction. The successful bidder will have a week following the sale for removal of all items. Any items that are to be shipped buyer must contact auction company. All items are to be picked up from the auction site from Tuesday september 29th 10am to 4pm or Wednesday September 30th 10am to 4pm. No exceptions unless arrangements are made with auctioneer otherwise items will be forfeit to the auction company. Buyers are responsibe for removal of all items. There will be someone there to with equipment for help with removal of larger items.
