All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers has not tested any of these items unless stated as such in the description. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid. Titles will be mailed within 30 days of payment. There is a $50 per title fee charged to the buyer. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. OUT OF STATE BUYERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD.
