Welcome to the auction! Opening bids are always LOW, and do not reflect the true value of any item. PHOTOS are considered part of the item description; please view them all.

YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. We are not authenticators, in no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your own expertise when bidding. We encourage you to ask if you seek further clarity.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases within a few hours of the end of sale. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Shipping via The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, is available for select items, as noted. Each lot states if shipping is available or for pickup only.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder/purchasers responsibility and at his expense to examine and inspect all personal property and real estate before bidding. Neither United Country-Legacy Auction & Realty nor Seller is responsible for any inspections prior to or after purchase. Please bid knowing this.

PAYMENT: Buyers will be required to pay for purchases in cash, major credit card, mailed check/money order, or wire transfer. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately following the auction. If you desire an alternate payment arrangement, please contact us before your payment is processed.
PICKUP: Payment in full with a valid receipt is required before removal of any item from the property. For buyer protection, any agent must show ID and proof of purchase receipt prior to pick up. Items not removed by end of removal period will be considered abandoned property; no refunds will be approved or processed. Buyer will be assessed an additional $50 disposal fee per lot (large/furniture) or $25 per lot (small/non-furniture). Any item not picked up or shipped will be considered abandoned.
