Interested bidders must contact the auction company by Friday, June 11, 2021, 4 PM with a bank letter of credit for the down payment to be registered to bid online for this auction.
10% down payment to be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction using one of our accepted payment options. Successful online Buyers will be sent an email invoice following the auction. Successful online Buyers: contact the Auction Company at the conclusion of the auction to arrange payment. Down payment funds must be secured within 3 days or will be considered in default. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
Successful bidders will be required to sign a Memorandum of Agreement onsite or via electronic means at the immediate conclusion of the auction.
Title Insurance: Seller will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price.
Real Estate Taxes: 2021 real estate taxes on Tract 1 will be prorated to the date of closing and on Tracts 2-8 will be paid solely by the Purchaser(s).
When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract. Possession: 100% full possession will be granted on all tracts upon closing, subject to a Caretaker’s Agreement on Tract 1, and subject to the 2021 farm tenants crop removal on Tracts 2-7. Tracts sell free of any further leases or tenancies.
