There are treasures to be found in this large and varied collection of US military equipment, WWI to Cold War. A perfect dealer lot. Includes:1) Four waxed cardboard tube storage containers for the M67 hand grenade/Fuze M213, and one container for the Incendiary (TH) AN-M1 grenade. 2) Two “D-Day” plastic sleeves for the M1 Carbine and M1 Garand. Dates are blurred, but present. 3) McKeever cartridge box. Dry leather, no breaks. Marked inside “160 Co.Coastal Artillery No 42”. 4) Farrier nippers. 8” long. Stamped “V&B”. 5) Four M1911 magazine pouches all lift dot fasteners. Canvas examples, one marked “FSF 769 1918”, other marked US, dated 1943. Rust stains. Two leather [brown-unmarked] and black [US DSA 1001283 on back]. 6) Black leather US Army MP first aid pouch. Marked “US Agora 1987”. 7) US M1911 holster. Black leather, stamped “Bucheimer 7791466” on back. 8) Canvas carrying case, OD green canvas. Stamped “Case, Carrying 7160198” inside flap. 9) Mosquito head-net. Khaki crown marked “J.K. Taylor MFG. Co. Boston Depot Con. 4057 B”. 10) 1911 magazine still in wrapper. Dated 4/30/92. 11) Rifle sling, M1 Garand. MILSCO dated 1943. No breaks in leather, keepers present. Partial sling, no date or marks. Military style leather sling, no markings. Clean, unused. 12) Canvas OD Carbine web sling [lift dot fastene] 13) Pair of WWII era shoelaces. Rust stains, unissued. 14) Brass hardware for canvas pistol belt. Buckle and keepers, 4 pieces. 15) Brass .50 cal. stamped 43TW; 37mm artillery round relic; Brass artillery shell fuse, WWI, marked “Scoville Model 1907M”. 16) Collection of Military and police whistles. The three police whistles are brass/steel, cylindrical. One marked “Municipal Police NY USA”. Second marked Hong Kong and third unmarked. Three standard whistles. One OD green plastic. Other two brass. One marked “ The Acme Thunderer PATENT 213487/24” All three on chains w/button hook. Modern wooden whistle. On leather loop. 17) Pair of US issued “Dubbing” cans. OD green. 1-1/2” oz’s Yellow and black labels. 17) Tube ½ oz Petrolatum. OD green, Comfort MFG CO. Chicago.18) Vaseline Camphor Ice tube. Empty. 19) Paint, camouflage stick. Light green and loam. New. 20) P-38 can opener. 21) 9 Volt battery tester. 22) Unissued “cricket” WWII. This is a perfect dealer lot.
