*MINOR SCRATCHES AND DISCOLORATION* Viking copper clad 3-ply mirror cookware combines a layer of aluminum sandwiched between a copper exterior and a heavy-gauge stainless steel interior for superior performance. The aluminum core provides exceptional heat transfer throughout the pans, while the copper exterior heats evenly for precise temperature control. Featuring a flared seamless rim, the vented glass lids allow you to easily see the progress of your meal while reducing the chance of boil-overs. The Viking signature ergonomic stay-cool handles have a finger guide and built-in heat break for easy lifting and control, while the internal volume measurements make measuring quick and precise. Pans are oven safe up to 500°f/260°c (up to 400°f/204°c with glass lid). set includes: 8 quart stock pot with pasta insert and glass lid, 4 quart soup pot with glass lid, 5. 2 quart sauté pan with glass lid, 2. 25 quart and 3 quart sauce pans with glass lids, 8 inch and 10 inch fry pans. Compatible with all cooking surfaces, except induction.
