All Lots are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, everything is sold “as is,” with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. We attempt to provide accurate descriptions, condition assessments and quality images of each Lot. However, occasionally a Lot may be misdescribed or an aspect of it’s condition not included. Additions or changes to a Lot may be made up until the start of the auction. The absence of a condition assessment does not imply that the Lot is free from damage and/or wear. Information provided is our best informed opinion and does not imply a guarantee. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to study each description/image, reach out with specific questions to verify any information, attend an in-person preview, and ultimately form their own opinion overall. If you are still unsure, don’t bid on a Lot. Online auction purchases may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you may submit your tax-exempt certificate. By bidding in this auction, a Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions as outlined, which shall supersede all other terms and conditions (e.g., Visa). If a dispute arises, it will be handled in-house and the decision binding. Buyer's premium is 21% for online auction purchases. Invoices will be sent to the Buyer’s email on record at the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable payment methods include: credit card, personal check, or cash on delivery. If a Buyer has not paid or contacted us to arrange payment within 3 days, the credit card used at registration will be charged the invoice amount. Lots not removed after 30 days shall be subject to a $10 per day storage fee for up to 30 days, after which time Lots may be re-sold at our discretion.
