Payment
Payment is expected upon close of the auction. Please ensure the funds are there at the end of the auction. We do not want to charge you a service fee, however every time we try to process a card & it is declined we are charged a service fee. This applies for bidders who intentionally have no funds as a safeguard to their account.
After the auction, we will process the card on file for the hammer price & buyers premium, the shipping & handling fee will follow within a few days. If the card is declined on the first attempt you will be charged a $10.00 service fee & $2.50 for everyday after until it processes.
For customers who live in the local area & would like to pay by cash or checks, you need to send me an email a few days before the auction closes letting me know this is your preferred method of payment. I will put you on the list. If not picked up in a reasonable time, your card will be charged & along with a service fee.
