Online Buyers Premium: Online Bidders that pay with a credit card will have a 16% Buyer’s Premium. Online Bidders that wish to pay with cash will have a 13% Buyer’s Premium. Wire transfers are accepted same as cash with a 13% buyer's premium PLUS a $20 transfer fee. All credit cards will be charged the following day; if you wish to pay with cash you must contact Karen at (919) 639-2231 to inform her to not charge your card. When the buyer pays cash or with a wire transfer you will receive a 3% discount, making the buyer’s premium 13%. If you are an online bidder paying with cash, Johnson Properties must be aware by Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
