Winchester Winder Musket or falling block 1885 single shot rifle with 28" round heavy barrel. High Wall Receiver, Dovetail front sight and military style ladder rear sight with windage adjustment. PW proof marks on receiver top and barrel top. With a smooth straight stock with finger groove fore grip and crescent butt plate. Serial number 121865 and the letter A stamped on bottom tang. The rifle is in Very Fine Condition with 70% Remaining Blue on the barrel and action, with some areas of developing brown patina, losses at the lever and muzzle, etc. Field and use marks to stocks with dings and scratches, smooth action, and good bore with a light grain. *C&R ELIGIBLE
