Merging Rivers 8 lots on the Alabama River Seller: Paul Gordon Conditions of Sale: Everyone must register for a bidder’s number: To register, a prospective bidder must provide name, residence address, phone number, and a valid driver’s license. By registering, a prospective bidder is acknowledging that he or she has read and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale. The owners do warrant that they have good and marketable title to the real estate and that they will convey the same with proper conveyances, free and clear from all encumbrances, liens or judgments Order of Sale: Selling the property in its entirety all for one price. Selling the property without warranties as to the condition and/or the fitness of the property for a particular use. Buyers are solely responsible for examining and judging the property for their own protection. Otherwise known as "As Is, Where Is" and "In its Present Condition." Trailers weighting over 2000 pounds and 1986 or older must be titled 10 years of age or newer requires an odometer reading. Vehicles titled in other states must comply with that state requirement. • ALL VEHICLES, TRAILERS, AND EQUIPMENT NOT CONFORMING TO THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE SOLD.
