1954 Cadillac Series 62

"Year: 1954 • Make: Cadillac • Model: Series 62 Transmission: Auto Exterior: Multi Green/white/patina Interior: Green/cream 1954 Cadillac Series 62 Drivetrain: 2001 LS1 and 4l60e transmission pulled from a Camaro with 70k. New GM alternator and a new GM water pump were installed. Headers, free flowing intake, new wiring harness, aluminum radiator. Full exhaust system with quiet mufflers. Everything functions like it should and you won’t believe how quick this big boat is thanks to the LS power! Everyone who takes a ride ends up talking about it for days. Chassis: 82 Cadillac front suspension clip, disk breaks, power steering, 82 Cadillac rear end. Drives down the highway 80 all day long. The Detroit Steel 18? wheels with trim rings and caps complete the look. Interior: Original interior restored to match the car. Green distressed look premium vinyl seats and door panels. New headliner, all metal blasted, epoxy primed and painted satin cream white. New gauges and new tilt column. Power windows. I drove it to a show last week 300 miles round trip…comfortable and trouble free. Body: Wearing a paint job that took mother nature 64 years to create…..parked in a field since the early 70’s! This car has not had any body or paint work done. We just polished what was created in the western Kansas sun! No fake or recreated sections anywhere on this car. It has some hail dings and pasture dings and they are all authentic. This car is not a rust bucket…one small area on passenger floor pan and it was replaced…no other rust through. New windshield and seal. This is a patina car…it is not perfect…just fun!
