The 1956 Continental is renowned as one of the most beautiful cars created in the 1950s. They were built under the Continental Division of Ford and under the direction of William Clay Ford who was Henry Ford II?s younger brother. When released the price tag was a whopping $9966 limiting its audience to the well-heeled and making it one of the most expensive cars in 1956. This restored 1956 Continental MK II is finished in presidential black over a white leather interior. It?s powered by a 368ci V8 engine factory rated at 285hp and 402 ft/lbs of torque backed by a multi-drive automatic transmission. Features include power steering power seat power windows power brakes and 40-spoke factory wheel covers with wide whitewall tires.
