Terms Of Sale
All buyers need to furnish all resale certificates and Texas resale exemption forms if dealers. All out of state buyers who are not dealers must furnish bills of lading from a common carrier to not be charged sales tax. All export buyers must furnish dock receipts and bills of lading to not pay sales tax. The State of Texas will issue Farm Exemption Numbers for Farm Exemption for residents of Texas. 8.25% sales tax. Texas 'TERP' tax of 1.5% on anything with Diesel 50 HP or greater.

LOAD OUT
Security will not allow the removal of purchases without a release ticket. The office will assist you with release tickets for your transportation company on the items purchased at this auction. The purchaser will be charged $5 per item, per day storage on any item left past the removal date noted on the invoice. Load out is Monday thru Friday 8-4 and on weekend days as noted.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
Items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when auctioneer completes the sale of the item. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. SiTE Auction Services does not arrange or contract freight for buyer's items unless agreed upon by both parties. It is the buyer's responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from your inspection. All persons in attendance at this auction must be an adult. No one under 18 will be allowed on auction premises without adult supervision.
SiTE Auction Services is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SiTE Auction Services or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. SiTE Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
