Buyer shall sign and deliver a purchase contract and deliver to Seller's agent or escrow agent 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The balance of the purchase price shall be delivered in certified funds by June 12, 2020. This sale will not be contingent to financing or appraisal.
