SC sales tax laws apply to all purchases. All items purchased online MUST be PAID IN FULL by the Wednesday after the auction. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We email invoices on the Monday after the auction. If you wish to pay with your credit card, you will have to call us with your credit card information.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. DAG does not guarantee any item as to usefulness. DAG does not guarantee any year, model, hours, etc. No items will be loaded until items are paid for in full. Buyers are responsible for loading, removal and transport of any purchase. DAG will assist in loading to the best of our ability but is in no way responsible for loading. DAG will not secure loads. DAG, their representatives or the seller are not responsible for accidents, injuries, fire or theft.
Sometimes an item does not meet the sellers reserve price but if it is close we will sell it with a call. If you bid on an item and it is sold with a call, please verify with the auction company before you come to pay and pick up.
