*Online Buyer's Premium is 10% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap.*
Payment Instructions: Please Pay for Purchases in 3 Business Days. We accept Cash, Certified Checks, Wire Transfer, or Credit Cards (up to $5,000). There is an additional 4% fee w/ credit cards.
Invoices will be emailed to the email on file the business morning after the auction closes, (please check your spam & junk mail folders) if you have not received it by noon on the business day following the auction you must call us to let us know..
This Catalog Is A Guide - Years, Engine Horsepower's, Etc. are taken from reliable sources but are not Guaranteed, Mower Deck Widths , bucket sizes, Hours, ETC are generally believed to be correct but not guaranteed, This catalog is put together by humans therefore will contain errors, we try to the best of our ability to give accurate information but any and all information is subject to error hours included, We will attempt to correct any errors discovered before the lot sells, The Auctioneer has described the Lots in the catalog to the best of their ability . If an item list an option it means that is has part of or all of the option but does not guarantee that the option functions (As in but not limited to A/C & Heat) The Auctioneer takes no liability whatever in respect of any faults, deficiencies and errors of any description, oral or printed, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, origin, hours, age, condition or quality of any Lot and all statements as to these matters whether contained in the catalog or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact. 6% Sales Tax will be charged unless you can sign a valid tax exemption. We honor "farmer" exemptions on "farm machinery" only. Out of state buyers will be subject to sales tax unless you use a 3rd party freight trucker & supply us with a BOL from that company. Shipping Instructions: Purchaser is responsible for all shipping. All items are to be removed in 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made.

?Elite Ride & Drive? units will carry a 7 day 'Ride & Drive' guarantee from the consignor covering drivetrain components: Engine, Trans, Rear end, PTO, 4x4, on our sale yard only, Ride & Drive does NOT Include (but not Limited to) Batteries, Lights, Starters, Cosemetics. At the seller?s discretion, they will either pay to fix any issues or will give a full refund if the item needs to be returned. All transportation costs are paid by the buyer. -----

?AS-IS? Means that the unit has problems, All of its problems may or may not be disclosed, you are buying with any & all problems that it has

*Buyers whose principal place of business is not located in the U.S. must pay by Wire Transfer only. All payments are to be made in United States currency.*
