How Our Shipping Process Works
1.Buyer Pays Original Auction Invoice
Before any shipping begins, the buyer must pay the original auction invoice in full.
2.We Pull & Package Your Items
Once your shipping request email is received, we gather all your items and carefully package them for UPS shipment.
3.We Create Your UPS Label & Prepare a Shipping Invoice
A second invoice will be sent to you covering:

Packaging supplies used (boxes, padding, tape, etc.)
5.Shipping Invoice Must Be Paid Before Drop-Off
After payment is received for the shipping invoice, we will deliver your package to our local UPS Store for shipment.

Tharp Auction Service makes every effort to accurately describe items; however, descriptions are provided as a guide only, and the buyer is responsible for their own determination of condition, age, authenticity, and usability.
All purchases must be paid according to the auction payment terms. Failure to complete payment may result in the buyer being considered in default, and Tharp Auction Service reserves the right to pursue all available remedies.
The buyer is responsible for the removal of all purchased items during the designated loadout period. Buyers must provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and transportation required for removal. Tharp Auction Service and its representatives are not responsible for loading, securing, or transporting purchases.
Items remaining after the scheduled removal period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved by Tharp Auction Service. Additional fees may apply for storage, handling, or removal.
Bidders must be registered with the auction platform and agree to all applicable terms and conditions before placing bids. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges acceptance of these terms of sale.
Tharp Auction Service reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, remove items from the auction, and resolve any disputes regarding bidding or sales in accordance with applicable auction practices.
