The Auctioneer further reserves the right and may also establish, modify, remove or enforce reserve prices or minimum acceptable bids on designated lots when applicable any time during the duration of the auction.
Such discretion may be exercised for reasons including, but not limited to, technical difficulties, internet or bidding-platform interruptions, software or equipment failures, clerical or cataloging errors, operational issues, security concerns, emergencies, seller instructions, governmental actions, or circumstances affecting the orderly, safe, or practical conduct of the auction.
The Auctioneer may also postpone, reschedule, suspend, extend, or cancel an auction due to severe weather, natural disasters, or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, thunderstorms, tornadoes, flooding, heavy rain, snow, sleet, ice, freezing rain, hail, extreme heat or cold, power outages, utility interruptions, road closures, or other conditions affecting the safety or operation of the auction, preview, payment, pickup, or removal process.

The Auctioneer shall have the authority to determine the appropriate course of action whenever circumstances arise that, in the Auctioneer’s judgment, could compromise the fairness, integrity, safety, security, efficiency, or orderly operation of the auction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all determinations and decisions made by the Auctioneer pursuant to this provision shall be final and binding upon all bidders and buyers.
