All internet purchases must be paid for in 5 business days, by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, and Check or a Company Check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer. ($25 Fee for all U.S and $50 for international Wires) There will be a 4% administrative fee on all credit cards. Maximum of $2500 on a credit card. All purchases not paid for in 5 days will be charged 5% per month with a minimum of $25 a day. 6% sales tax will be charged on all sales, unless purchaser can provide a valid farm or resale tax exemption form. UPDATED INTERNET BUYER'S PREMIUM TERMS : 10% buyer's premium with a $1000 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap.
