Terms and Conditions 1. Online purchases must be paid and received by the following Monday by cashier’s check, cash or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be included on winning bidder invoices. 2. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold any purchases until all funds have cleared the Auctioneer's Bank. A 10% late fee will be charged if payment is not received in full by 5 pm on Monday following the auction. 3. Online buyers will be charged a 18% buyers' premium. 4. All Buyers and Bidders must provide proper identification, register and receive a bidder number at each auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any person a bidder number and may revoke the bidders' privileges at any time. 5. Buyer agrees to pay all applicable sales tax on all purchases, unless the buyer provides proof of exemption that is issued by the appropriate state or local Government Agency. Buyer also agrees to pay any sales tax that may be assessed after payment has been received should it be due. 6. All Sales are made and accepted 'AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS' and without warranty nor guarantee of any kind, either written, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Look before you bid, ALL sales are final, NO refunds or exchanges. 7. ALL BIDDERS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK. Load out is available Monday-Friday of the week following the sale.
