Buyer’s Premium A 13% buyer’s premium will be applied to the first $20,000 of each item, and 5% on the balance, capped at $3,500 per item. A $25 minimum buyer’s premium applies per invoice. If the calculated buyer’s premium is less than $25, it will be adjusted to meet the minimum. Payment Terms Payment is due on the day of the auction or within five (5) calendar days following the auction. Accepted payment methods include cash, wire transfer, and other approved forms of payment. All wire transfers must be confirmed by contacting our office prior to sending funds. Please call 407-799-9666 (ask for Jordan) to verify wire instructions. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Sales Tax Applicable sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides valid exemption documentation prior to payment. Title & Registration All titled vehicles will be transferred into the name and/or company name used during bidder registration. No changes to registration information will be made after the auction, except for correction of minor clerical errors (such as misspellings or address corrections).
