All items must be removed within the time announced at the auction, at the purchaser's sole cost and risk. All purchases must be removed from the premises by Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 @ 4pm ET. - We are closed on Sunday, May 17th, 2026. You have 10 calendar days, including auction day to remove your items thereafter you will be charged $100 gate fee and $25.00 per day storage, per item. (fee payment in form of the following - cash/wire transfer/VENMO) After 90 days, once item(s) have been scheduled to be resold, because of abandonment, you forfeit any rights to all monies recovered from that sale. When required by law, and applicable, sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. All rights, privileges and powers reserved or granted to Auctioneer in these Terms of Auction shall be deemed reserved and granted to Auctioneer's, employees, representatives, and all owners for whom the items are being sold. Announcements made day of auction may take precedence over these Terms of Auction or other printed material.
