TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Buyers Premium and provider fee on all internet purchases is as follows: 10% Buyers Premium added to final bid price - capped at $2,500 plus a 2% online provider fee with no cap. All purchases must be removed from sellers property within 7 days or storage fees will begin accruing at a minimum of $25 or more per day. Once a unit is removed from the seller’s property, all arbitration rights are waived and any pending or future arbitration claims are null and void. All arbitration matters must be initiated and resolved prior to the removal of the unit from its original location. Once an item has been declared sold to me, I cannot retract my bid and I will be required to carry through with the purchase. TAC Auction Services will not be responsible for bids missed due to internet failure or any other technical difficulties. Purchases become my responsibility and I assume all risk of loss or damage immediately upon declaration of 'SOLD' by the auctioneer. It shall be my responsibility to insure my purchases immediately. The auctioneer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any lot. The seller has the right to accept or reject a high bid. If the seller accepts the final bid price then an invoice will be issued to the buyer. If the seller rejects the final bid then the buyer will be notified and the item will not be sold. A seller decision is expected to be at the end of auction day. Abandonment and Forfeiture: If any purchased item is not removed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of sale, and no prior written arrangement has been made and approved by Auctioneer, such item shall be deemed abandoned by the buyer. Upon abandonment, the buyer waives all rights, title, and interest in the item, and TAC Auction Services may, at its sole discretion, resell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the item as it deems appropriate, without notice or refund to the buyer. Resale and Deficiency: In the event of resale due to abandonment, the original buyer shall remain liable for any deficiency between the original sale price and the resale price, plus all applicable costs, including storage fees, resale expenses, and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcement.
