Online Bidding Terms & Payment Information **Important Notice Mobile Phone Bidding** **We strongly discourage bidding from a mobile phone.** Mobile devices may not refresh as quickly as a computer, which can result in bidding errors. In some cases, your bid may advance beyond the amount you intended to bid. All bids placed through the bidding platform are final. American Auctioneers is not responsible for bidding errors caused by mobile devices, internet delays, user error, or technical issues. If you place a bid from your phone, you are responsible for paying for all items won, whether the bid was placed intentionally or by mistake. 1. Registration & Payment Requirements A valid credit card is required to register and receive bidding approval. **Accepted Forms of Payment:** - Check - Bank Wire Transfer - Visa - Mastercard - Discover - American Express Payment in full is due **within 72 hours** of the auctions conclusion. Automatic Credit Card Processing (Proxibid Buyers) If payment has not been received within 72 hours, the credit card used to register will be **automatically charged** for the total purchase amount **plus a 3% credit card processing fee**, unless other payment arrangements have been made with our office before the deadline. The total purchase amount includes: - Final bid price - Buyers Premium - Internet fee (if applicable) - Sales tax (where required) - Title fees (if applicable) - Credit card processing fee **Important:** Declined credit cards will incur a **$10.00 reprocessing fee** for each unsuccessful charge attempt. Please ensure your card has sufficient available credit before bidding. 2. Buyers Premium & Internet Fees All purchases are subject to: - **10% Buyer?s Premium** - **2% Internet Purchase Fee** for online bidding - Applicable state and local sales tax - **3% Credit Card Processing Fee** on all credit card transactions 3. Vehicle & Trailer Title Fees A **$99 title processing fee** will be charged for **each titled vehicle or trailer**, regardless of the buyer?s state of residence. No exceptions. Additional information: - Buyers are generally responsible for paying any taxes, registration fees, and licensing fees required by their home state. - **Georgia residents** are subject to **TAVT (Title Ad Valorem Tax)** where applicable. - Please contact our office after the auction to complete the required title paperwork. - Titles are typically mailed within **30 days** after all paperwork and payment have been completed. - **Titles will not be available for pickup on auction day.** - Each and every Lot is sold 'as is, where is'. The Auctioneer provides no guarantees or warranties (express or implied) in respect of the Equipment contained in the Lot. All representations made by the Auctioneer, its servants or agents are to be considered lay opinions only and the Auctioneer and Equipmentfacts accept no liability for any purchase made by a Buyer in reliance upon them. 4. Payment Deadline All purchases must be paid in full within **72 hours** of the close of the auction. Failure to make payment may result in automatic credit card processing, additional fees, suspension of bidding privileges, and any other remedies available under the auction terms and conditions. 5. PICK UP LOCATION AND TIMES: Pickup Location is 4895 Robinson Road, Acworth, GA 30101. Remove all items by Sept 9, 2026, 4:00 PM EDT. Loadout: MON- FRI 9 AM–4 PM EDT. After 7 business days, $5/day storage. Items left 30 days revert to seller, with no refund. LOAD OUT WILL START SEPT 1 AT 9:00 AM EDT. AUCTION PERSONAL WILL BE ON SITE EVERY WEEK DAY MONDAY- FRIDAY 9- 4 EDT TILL SEPT 9TH.
