Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding and are responsible for determining the condition, quality, specifications, year, model, hours, mileage, serial numbers, and suitability of any item before bidding. All descriptions, photographs, hours, mileage, serial numbers, model numbers, and other information are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The Auctioneer and Sellers shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, incorrect descriptions, photographs, or other published information. Bidders should rely upon their own inspection and judgment.
