SALES TAX: Applicable State of PA Sales Tax (6%) will be charged on all purchases deemed taxable in accordance with State Laws unless you are exempt from Sales Tax and you provide a tax exemption form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State of PA. Titles will be mailed out by certified mail within 30 days. 5. LOADING: Our staff will assist buyers with loading their purchases but will not perform the securing and tie-down of the loads or the items. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently. Wolgemuth Auction and its employees are not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur. 6. TRUCKING: The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. Failure to secure appropriate transportation within 30 days will not be considered a valid reason for not removing the purchased items by the specified removal date. 7. REMOVAL: No items can be removed until they are paid for in full. Items can be removed Monday through Friday, between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and must be removed within 30 days after the sale date. Items not removed within this timeframe may be considered abandoned. Wolgemuth Auction will attempt to contact the buyer to arrange for item removal, after the allotted removal time, the items will be resold. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to remove all items within the specified timeframes. o Any items not collected within two weeks of the sale date will forfeit all rights to refunds in the event they are lost, damaged, or stolen. Refunds will then be at the company's discretion. 8. PURCHASING ITEMS ONLINE: Wolgemuth Auction and Proxibid accept no liability for loss or damage howsoever arising from any Lots not presented for sale. 9. The Buyer agrees to insure the Equipment purchased against all losses from the Auction Date until removal of the Equipment by the Buyer.
