Payment: ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. If you intend to pay with wire transfer, we will be accept payment the day after the sale ONLY IF a deposit of 25% of total purchases is made on the day of the sale. Contact our office for wire transfer instructions. Only cash, wire transfer or certified check, payable to Mike Ackel & Associate Auctioneers L.L.C. will be accepted. Company checks payable to Mike Ackel & Associates Auctioneers L.L.C. will be accepted only if accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. All sales are subject to sales tax and must provide proof satisfactory to the Auctioneer of their entitlement to claim such exemptions. All bidding and invoicing will be in U.S. Dollars ($). All bidders are responsible for all applicable taxes. Anyone outside of the continental United States will be required to wire transfer a minimum deposit of $5000 to be approved for all non-onsite bidding.
