Bidders who bid from off site and were not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect the items as well as if they had examined them in person. By bidding On Line you waive your right to inspection. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, value or other determining factors. Auctioneers shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the property unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation.
As-Is: Bidders agree that everything is sold as-is and that they may not retract their bid(s), or return any item(s) they purchase.
Removal: Removal and transport of purchases shall be the buyer(s) responsibility. On line purchases cannot be removed until payment in full is made by guaranteed funds or credit card. Removal can take place on Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. All items must be removed no later than October 6, 2006.
