All items must be picked up within the designated time on the auction description or arranged to be shipped through the auction company which will contact either the UPS Store or USPS. Any items not picked up within 2 weeks or contact to the auction company to make other arrangements, will be considered in default and may relinquish their items to the auction company without refund. All and any disputes will be handled in Waukesha County only. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not documented.
