Attention Collectors of Fine Indian Artifacts: Incredible Blackfoot Splithorn Headdress, circa 1870’s, superb condition, with long ermine tail drops across the back and down the sides, front band is finely beaded, trade ribbons are faded but intact and split horns are 9” long, and rubbed with two colors of orche inside. They are attached together at the top with a string of beads and the horns are beaded at the very points with multicolor beads and horsehair attachments. This is a rare Plains Indian Warrior Headdress in overall fine condition and extremely hard to find.
